Reports To Managing Director.
Manage the administrative functions of the Director including maintaining calendars and coordinating schedules, arranging travel, composing memorandum, reports, correspondence, and other related office tasks.
Will be responsible for coordinating efforts of the different departments, to include organizing meetings, supporting conference calls, and establishing consistent, efficient administrative work instructions.

Responsibilities Specific Support the Director in planning, directing and managing, by coordinating day-to-day business & Financial activities. Facilitate the Director’s accessibility and open lines of communication in regards to various Financial Reports, Coordinate meeting and conference schedules. Serve as point of contact for staff and clients. Maintain Director’s calendar, Develop and maintain contact list for Director’s business engagements and prepare and submit Financial reports of specific Projects as and when required
